Happy 1st Birthday Owen!!!!

What a difference a year makes! I can't believe our little baby boy is already one year old. He continues to amaze us every day. Thank you God for blessing us with such an incredible son.

Here are some things Owen likes to do at 1 year old:

• Anything outside! He regularly crawls over to our front door, which is glass, and stands up with his hands banging on the door asking to go out. He is worse than Diesel.
• Eat, just about anything you give him, and drink from your glass.
• Crawl with a mission. You know he is serious when his head is down and the bottom is in full wiggle.
• Walk holding on to things and a couple of steps on his own. I think we will be chasing him around in no time.
• Talk non stop in his own language, and a few words in ours. Here are some of the words/phrases that we think he is saying: Mama, Dada, What's that?, Look it!, Bye, Bye!, Hi!, and the cutest is Diesel (He has a very cute version of the word where he drops the D and says it in a high pitch. If you ask him where Diesel is he looks around and then smiles when he sees him.)
• Points at everything.
• Party Tricks include clapping, "So Big", Touchdown, high five, waving, standing for a long period of time, and the ever favorite shoulder shrug.
• He has two dance routines. The first is swaying side to side when you sing, "Dancing, dancing". The second is an up an down motion when you sing, "Doin' the baby boogie".
