2 Months, 2 Weeks, 2 Days

Today Owen and I took Teagan to the doctor for her two month check up that was postponed because of her recent hospital visit. So her stats at 2 Months, 2 Weeks, and 2 Days old are as follows:
  • 13.8 lbs ::: 87% for weight
  • 24.5" ::: 95% for height
Besides a stuffy nose left over from the RSV, and now a possible allergy to dairy that is making my diet a little more difficult, Teagan is a very healthy little girl growing like a weed. She did not like getting her vaccines however, which Owen couldn't wait to watch. We have a Swedish book called Totte Går Till Doktorn (Totte Goes to the Doctor) that he loves to read. In the book Totte gets a shot and then goes home and gives his teddy bear Nella a shot too. So when I told him we had to take Teagan to get a shot he was very interested. Then like a good big brother he did all he could to console her. I love the relationship that they have so far and pray that it continues.

Diaper Butt

If you've ever seen a cloth diapered baby you know their butts look big. In fact, we almost always had to put Owen in at least one size larger than he actually wore. So when Aunt Kika saw this onezie she had to buy it!

Uncle Timmy & Auntie Sadye

Uncle Timmy and Auntie Sadye came to visit during Mike's second week of paternity leave since they weren't able to come for the holidays and hadn't met Teagan yet. We were all very happy to see them, but especially Owen. He had so much fun with them and waited patiently every morning until he could run in their room and wake them up.

One of the neighbors up at the Willard's built a little sledding hill. It was very fun!

Daddy tried all kinds of tricks. He even tried to "surf" standing up. Thank goodness that didn't end up in another visit to the ER.

Poor Sadye of the South was freezing! It was hilarious how many layers she had on.

Even Grumpa took a few turns. Mimi stayed home with Baby T.

Uncle Timmy and Auntie Sadye went skiing one day on Mount Wachusett, MA. I swear, that really is her under all that gear.

Then it was back to our house for a night before they headed home.
